About Me

Deborah Moore

I have worked in organisations as a manager and with organisations as a consultant and as a coach.  My driving force has always been about helping others become more effective and develop their potential.  As a consultant I have worked with small, medium and large businesses and with both the public and private sector.  I am also an author of several e-books on Team working, Remote Teams, Mentoring and Dealing with Difficult People.  You can find out more about these publications and purchase these and other titles at https://www.cherrystone.org.uk/shop/

I have always been passionate about learning and have regularly undertaken continuing professional development.  I am MBTI licensed and an NLP master practitioner.  I have a Diploma in Performance Coaching and have completed an ICF accredited coach training programme.

A consistent thread in my learning has been Transactional Analysis, since 2008 I have studied the organisational applications of Transactional Analysis and I am now a contracted trainee working towards Certified Transactional Analyst (organisational) status.  I was one of the first licenced TIFF© providers in the UK.  TIFF is a psychometric instrument with its roots in TA theory.   I abide by the code of ethics of The European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and use the positive philosophy of transactional analysis to guide my work.
