Team development

Whether it is a newly formed team or an established one, ensuring effective teamwork is a key concern for organisations.

Each team situation is different and so I will work closely with you to determine your needs and ensure that I deliver the appropriate solution.

Team development using Myers-Briggs (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a well-researched and popular tool that helps people to understand personality differences.  It involves an easy to complete questionnaire.  People usually grasp the concepts really easily and understanding the different personality types can help teams to improve communication, reduce the potential for conflict and improve team effectiveness.

Team Development using TIFF for Teams

TIFF is a proven psychometric assessment that can help individuals and teams to maximise interpersonal effectiveness.  Using a mix of individual profiles and a simple team profiling process, the team can learn how to maximise individual strengths, see how each person contributes to the team and ensure that the team works effectively together.

The process is likely to involve the following;

  1. Each team member completes a 30-minute TIFF questionnaire and has a short feedback session
  2. The team attends a short workshop to learn about the functional fluency model
  3. The group explore the team profile (3 hours)
  4. Follow-up – either individual or group meetings to reflect on progress.
